- Perform industrial cleaning tasks in various areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and common areas/ large square footage.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed - Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors - Assist with porter duties such as moving furniture and equipment - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facilities maintenance team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and report issues Please note that this is a general overview of the duties and qualifications for the Janitor position.
