What are the job responsibilities? Position is a senior level individual contributor managing a book of client relationships, responsible for overall client satisfaction, retention and management of the client P&L and associated drivers.
Client Satisfaction and Engagement:
-Conduct annual strategy meetings with each client to examine industry trends, understand clients' goals and objectives and create a strategic plan that addresses client needs.
-Hold regularly scheduled quarterly reviews and utilize the opportunity to recommend improvements and promote ING products and services
Development of trust-based client relationships with key stakeholders:
-Proactively contact clients to provide advice, planning and support
-Develop trust-based relationships with multiple levels within client organization
Proactive client management:
-Understand all dimensions of the client, client's industry, and client-specific plan design requirements
-Provide support for clients' strategic retirement planning
-Engage in ongoing two-way dialogue with clients regarding ways to improve retirement plan administration
Contract Negotiation and P&L:
-Responsible for any RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking exercises and contract negotiations for existing clients.
-Responsible for pricing strategy, contract preparation and signing.
Who is our ideal candidate? Bachelors Degree or equivalent
-15 +years experience
in client relationship management
-In-depth knowledge of company''s products and services (DC/DB)

-Possesses in depth of knowledge regarding retirement industry including players and their value propositions, trends and changes, how those impact recordkeeping and how they will impact each client.
