Sales/Contract Admin Assistant

Excellent communication and software skills required for this excellent sales support position. Will be responsible for maintaining sales department schedules; working closely with sales department to coordinate and maintain customer database, including logging and updating communications, meetings, quotes, proposals, contracts, purchase orders and work orders; process contract documents; order and process certificates of insurance and bonds. Will also be responsible for sharing other office administrative duties as assigned.
Requires HS Diploma/GED. Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong work ethic. Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Ability to communicate with various levels of management. Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
