Responsible for review of daily job reports to verify all transactions; daily data entry of equipment cost and inventory costs; compile job package for Operations; weekly review of jobs for billing status and billing approved jobs. Will also review job profitability and monitor jobs for completion. Will also be responsible for various inventory management. Requires Bachelors Degree in Accounting with excellent computer proficiency and experience with accounting systems. Experience with Sage CRE 300 a plus. Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm. $47-57k DOE. Temp to Perm.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
