Customer Coordination Representative

OVERVIEW
The Customer Coordination Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to coordinate appointments with customers, handling service follow up, answering inbound customer phone calls, and providing technical support to our customers and service providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Make a large number of outbound phone calls to customers and suppliers related to services provided
o Contact customers, clients and suppliers to clarify information, resolve issues, and complete service
o Handle inbound call volume from customers and service providers
o Provide technical assistance to customers and service providers related to using our mobile apps
o Enter data and communicate updates real-time through case management software applications
KEY COMPETENCIES
o Significant experience handling high-volume outbound and inbound calls
o Experience with customer service and quality practices
o Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
o Good listening skills and demonstrated empathy
o Proficient data entry and documentation skills with the ability to use computers and various software applications
o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adaptable and flexible
o Organized and disciplined in managing work with attention to detail
o Ability to identify and resolve issues; uses good judgment and is professional
o An energetic team member with the ability to work with others

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
